Working temperature: The maximum working temperature of PVC and polyethylene insulation does not exceed 70°C, and XLPE insulation does not exceed 90°C; when short-circuited, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor, PVC insulation does not exceed 160°C, and polyethylene insulation does not exceed 160°C. Exceeding 150°C, cross-linked polyethylene insulation shall not exceed 250°C, and the duration shall not exceed 5S.

Bending radius: Cables with a rated voltage below 1KV: if the outer diameter (D) of the cable is less than 25mm, it should not be less than 4D, and if the outer diameter (D) of the cable is 25mm or above, it should not be less than 6D; Should not be less than 20(D+d). In the formula: D- the actual outer diameter of the cable, d- the actual outer diameter of the cable conductor.

It has the characteristics of high tensile strength and the distance between the tower and pole can be enlarged.Therefore, it is widely used in overhead transmission and distribution lines of various voltage levels.
